At courtsking.store, we want every player to step onto the court fully prepared. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy:
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition with all factory tags, protective plastic wraps (on grips/frames), and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Rackets that have been custom-strung by customer request, used shuttlecocks, or items showing court wear and tear cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned item.
